Cap to go on the end of the battery bracket rods.

For anybody who have ever worked on a 2cv you know if you catch yourself on the end of the rods it can be extremely painful.

So we have designed the safety caps to screw onto the end of the rods.

Just push it on to the end of the rod and turn. the rod will cut a thread easily into the cap and secure it safely.

3D Printed Parts
When you mention 3D printing, some people they think of cheap plastic toys and poor quality parts that break by just looking at them.

However the world of 3D printing has moved on a lot over the last couple of years. For example, F1 using 3D printed parts on the F1 cars. Here at The 2cv Shop, we can use filaments reinforced with carbon fibre. These parts can take temperatures over 220c or 428 Fahrenheit.

When designing a part we will use the correct materials for the job. All of our 3D printed parts are tested here at The 2cv Shop.
