Description

This will fit both Left Hand Drive and Right Hand Drive vehicles.

We do not Sell or recommend you buy  the right hand drive cross box as all the RHD cross boxes you can buy today are made wrong, the hand brake lever hits the exhaust pipe. when the hand brake is off the lever vibrates on the exhaust pipe.

There are 2 difference in the left hand drive (LHD) & right hand drive (RHD) cross box,

1 is the clutch cable bracket is on the wrong side for RHD 2cv’s. We have been fitting hundreds of LHD cross box’s to RHD 2cv’s for over 20 years and never had an issue with the clutch cable.

The main difference is the RHD cross box is poorly designed. When the handbrake is released, the upright handbrake lever rest against the cross box and this makes the handbrake lever rattle annoyingly.
